The main phases of this dematerialization paper process are:

Document Preparation
Before scanning the document it is normalized through the following actions:
Fold and rubbing removalobject, attaché, sticky tapes removalpositioning on the scanner in the same sense of reading

Document Optical Scanning
Using fast and advanced scanners the document is converted in a digital image associating its keys-field previously registered on the informatics system.
Once the scanning is completed a series of controls are done:

• White pages removal
• Images verifying and cleaning
• Eventual image re-scanning
