Sky Star Services boasts more than 20 years of experience in the aviation logistics sector. In the past three years, it is known that the company has recorded a positive trend of constant growth.

What factors do you believe have contributed to this result?

Good morning. Certainly, our success has been the result of a combination of factors. First of all, we have heavily invested in the development of the aerospace cargo sector, recognizing the growing importance of this market.

This decision was made before COVID, but the scenario brought about by the pandemic convinced us of how strategic it was to invest in this sector. For this reason, we expanded our presence in the territory by opening a new office at Milan Malpensa, which allowed us to access new business opportunities.

Additionally, we adopted a targeted investment strategy in new IT systems and advanced technologies, which enabled us to improve operational efficiency and logistics flow management. Finally, we placed particular emphasis on training our staff at all levels, ensuring they were adequately prepared to face the challenges of the constantly evolving industry.

Speaking of investments in new technologies, could you elaborate on what your main initiatives in this sector have been?

We have significantly invested in advanced IT systems to improve the traceability and management of cargo, as well as to optimize the maintenance and repair processes of aeronautical equipment. Additionally, we have adopted emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things to monitor and optimize operations in real-time. These initiatives have allowed us to enhance our operational efficiency and provide a more reliable service to our customers.
